About the Founder Dr. Sean Graham

Expertise

Dr. Sean Graham has been in Emergency Services for over two decades. Dr. Graham has held a variety of positions from Fire Fighter, Paramedic, Hazardous Materials Technician, Instructor, Emergency Manager, and SWAT Medic. Dr. Graham has worked in the public and private sector including healthcare and the commercial nuclear power industry. Dr. Graham has worked in multiple states and internationally. 

Philosophy

Dr. Graham believes in working hand in hand with each client to develop a professional relationship. Dr. Graham believes in the Servant Leader model and will never ask someone to do anything he wouldn't do. 

Personal Awards

Throughout Dr. Graham's work history, he has been the recipient of multiple awards. While working as a Fire Fighter, Dr. Graham was awarded Fire Fighter of the Year. Dr. Graham has been award 3 President's awards from two different organizations.
